What kind of articles do they include on the front page?

Things that relate to the cooking on the front of the magazine and things to entice you into buying the magazine.

 

What is on the front cover? 

A bright image of a food item.

The font is big and bold

There is one image on the front of the cover.

There are 4 cover lines on the cover.

They are placed in the bottom right corner.

There are two different fonts on the cover and they dont vary often.

How ere the puffs used?

There is one.

How are the DPSs laid out?

With pictures and information about the image.

How may images are used in the DPSs?

There are one to two images on the DPSs.

How many different fonts are used on the DPS and how do they vary?

They have two and they vary for the tittle and the information.

How is the text organised in the DPS?

it is used to draw  the reader in to look at the magazine ( big and bold)

Possible Cover Lines - Great things to cook inside, turn the page for amazing things to cook in little time. cook an amazing filling meal with little effort. cook on a budget

How does your cover follow the layout conventions of a front cover?

It follows the conventions because there is a masthead at the top, there are also cover lines and an image which covers the whole of the front cover.

How does your DPS follow the layout conventions of a DPS?

On the double page spread there is clear heading at the top to state what is about, with a few main images on it.

How is the genre of your magazine made clear over both pages?

It is clear what the genre is over both pages because there are many things that represent food such as the masthead on the front cover which is called easy cook, and that there are many images of food to show what the magazine is about and what the genre is.
